Surgery Center Ownership

Why should I own a surgery center?
Surgery center ownership boils down to one word: control. Owning your own surgery center allows you to control the quality of care your patients receive and ensure a comfortable, convenient environment for you and your staff.

I'm interested in exploring surgery center ownership further. What now?
Titan conducts local, in-depth customized surgery center feasibility studies for prospective clients at no cost. Contact the Titan Vice President of Development in your region for more information or to schedule a meeting. Or, e-mail us at info@titanhealth.com.

How long does it usually take to get a new ASC up and running?
It typically takes 9-12 months from the time a physician formally decides to build a center until the center is ready to see patients. Numerous variables impact this timeline, however. For example, the timeline can shorten if appropriate space can be identified quickly, or increase if construction of a new building is required.

How much will owning my own center cost me?
This number varies dramatically depending on the following: 1) location 2) types of specialties included in a center 3) number of equity partner physicians and 4) physical size of the center. For a more detailed estimate for your specific situation and location, please contact the Titan Vice President of Development in your region.
