• Formed as a privately held company.
• Mission was to partner with local physicians to develop and manage high-quality, cost effective centers of excellence for the practice of pain management and spinal diagnostics in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
• Incorporated in March, 1999
• As pain management and spinal diagnostics was emerging as a new specialty in the field of medicine, Titan began working with pre-eminent physicians who were founders of newly organized industry societies and associations trying to establish standards of care for practitioners.
• Development of the first "pain center" in September, 2000 provided the environment exclusively designed for the pain practitioner, incorporating the latest technology, resources, and patient focused objectives.
• Evolved the company focus to include spine, orthopedics and GI, and expanded approach to include acquisitions, turnarounds and hospital partnerships.
• Regional offices established in North Carolina.
