Come join our team of professionals in the operation of a State of the Art, Multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center currently under development in Princeton, NJ.

Minimum of 2 years ASC management experience, to direct and coordinate the daily operating functions and processes  to efficiently exceed and meet the customer expectations and improve clinical and financial goals with oversight of hired team staff members. NJ RN License a plus.  Candidates must be customer service oriented, and have working knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance associated with outpatient surgery centers.

ASC Administrator

Hershey Outpatient Surgery Center seeks an experienced Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a six OR multi-specialty surgery center. Responsibilities include the day-to-day operational and financial management of the center, including supervision of personnel, inventory management and regulatory compliance. Developing physician relationships is also key.

MHA/MBA and 2-3 years of prior experience in an ASC setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills required. Experience maintaining Joint Commission accreditation desirable.
