Peggy Zampetti, RN, Senior Vice President of Facility Development and Clinical Operations
Peggy joined Titan in 1999 from HealthSouth where she served as Administrator and Regional Coordinator for JCAHO
Accreditation. Previous positions include Administrator and Director of Nursing for ASC Network, Inc. With more than 20
years experience in ambulatory surgery development and operations, Peggy has extensive experience in ASC design and construction
to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. |

Toni M. Angle, MBA, Vice President of Facility Development
Toni has 20 years of healthcare facility operations and development expertise. She has participated in the development of
more than 50 facilities, including ambulatory surgery centers and specialty hospitals, managing them through, design, construction,
licensure, certification, accreditation, and start up. Prior to joining Titan, Toni worked for FSC Health, a facility development
and management company, as the VP of Operations and Business Development. She was also the co-founder of Medical Surgical
Partners, a facility development and consulting company. |

Lisa Thomas, RN, BSN, Vice President of Clinical Services
Lisa has more than 25 years of healthcare experience in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Her extensive background includes patient care activities and management responsibilities in ASCs with a focus on development and operations. Prior to joining Titan, she served as the director of surgery centers and worked for a national surgery center development/management company. In 1999 she co-founded her own consulting business and has been helping ASCs with initial state licensure, CMS certification, Center of Excellence certification and/or accreditation ever since. |
