Sean Rambo, Vice President of Operations

Sean has more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus in the ASC industry beginning in 2000. Prior to joining Titan, Sean served as Vice President of Operations for an ASC company where he was responsible for ASC operations and development throughout the state of Florida.  In addition, Sean also served as Regional Vice President of Financial Operations throughout the Eastern US. Earlier in his career, he held business development & product management roles with Perot Systems Revenue Cycle & Managed Care Group.

Roseanne Ottaggio, RN, Vice President of Operations

Roseanne has been in the healthcare industry for more than 28 years. Prior to working for Titan, she served as the administrator for a New Jersey surgery center where she was responsible for all business, clinical, facility, quality and efficiencies related to the center’s operations. She has also served as the Director of Business Development for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and the Regional Director of a health services company. Roseanne will be based out of Yardley, PA.

Scott Nation, Vice President of Operations

Scott has been in the healthcare industry for more than 18 years. He started his career as an OR nurse and manager for a regional medical center. Prior to joining Titan Health, Scott served in roles such as Clinical Director and Administrator for multiple surgery centers. He has extensive experience in Joint Commission accreditation, clinical operations and ASC management.

Susan Wallick, Director of Business Office Operations

Susan has been in the ASC industry for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Titan, Susan worked for two other ASC development/management companies and for Source Medical as a corporate training specialist. In her most recent role as Director of Business Office Operations, she was responsible for 11 surgery centers.
