Sean Rambo, Vice President of Operations
Sean Rambo has 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus in the ASC industry beginning in 2000. Prior to joining Titan, Sean served as Vice President of Operations for an ASC company where he was responsible for ASC operations and development throughout the state of Florida. In addition, Sean also served as Regional Vice President of Financial Operations throughout the Eastern US. Earlier in his career, he held business development & product management roles with Perot Systems Revenue Cycle & Managed Care Group.

Roseanne Ottaggio, RN, Vice President of Operations
Roseanne has been in the healthcare industry for more than 28 years. Prior to working for Titan, she served as the administrator for a New Jersey surgery center where she was responsible for all business, clinical, facility, quality and efficiencies related to the center’s operations. She has also served as the Director of Business Development for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and the Regional Director of a health services company. Roseanne will be based out of Yardley, PA. |

Karen Guccione, RN, Vice President of Clinical Operations
Karen Guccione has 16 years of nursing experience, specializing in ambulatory surgery centers and the operating room.
Prior to joining Titan, she served as Peri-Operative Educator, Supervisor of Central Sterile Processing and Director of
Clinical Services. As Director of Clinical Services, Karen helped a new ASC successfully obtain state licensure and JCAHO
accreditation. |

Mavis Williams, CPA, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Mavis Williams has more than 20 years of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and accounting operations experience. Prior to joining Titan, she served as Controller for Omni Healthcare, a provider-owned health plan, and Director of Financial Reporting for Foundation Health Corporation, a publicly-traded managed care system. |

Carolyn Whitsel, Director of Business Office Operations
Carolyn Whitsel has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, including 22 years of ASC experience. Prior to joining Titan, she worked for a surgery center development and management company as Director of Business Office Operations and a Senior Internal Control Auditor. In her role as Director of Business Office Operations, she supported more than 19 operational facilities and provided backup to all remaining facilities. She also helped complete nine de novo and eight surgery center acquisition projects.
