David Hall, Chairman

David Hall has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He was President & CEO of ASC Network, an ambulatory surgery center company, and an EVP at Medical Care America, then the largest operator for outpatient surgery centers in the country. The past President and CEO of two acute care hospital companies, David is currently a Director of Cogent Healthcare, a hospitalist staffing company, and a Board Member for the National Pain Foundation.

Marc Jang, President & Chief Executive Officer

Marc Jang has held executive positions in healthcare for almost 20 years. Since 1991, his focus has been specifically in ambulatory surgical facilities (ASCs). His experience encompasses finance, mergers and acquisitions, and development and operations. Marc served as Vice President of Finance for Sutter Surgery Centers, Inc. and Regional Vice President for ASC Network, Inc.

Darin Jay Hill, Chief Development Officer
Darin Jay (DJ) has served as Worldwide Sales Director for an international capital medical equipment firm, Board Member/Senior Vice President of a regional chain of occupational health clinics and Board Member/Vice President of a national workers’ compensation case management firm.  He has also consulted with and launched medical practices in multiple states with a physician practice management services firm.

DJ has served in both operations and development executive positions for more than 15 years.  This experience includes both corporate environments and entrepreneurial startup launches.
